It has come to our attention that some Bigpond email users have not been receiving emails from The Collectors Mark.
Thankfully, there is an easy fix for this!

Go here http://email.telstra.com

Log in

Go to Settings (top right next to logout)

Go to Mail (left hand menu)

Go to Safe Senders (just under where you clicked Mail)

Add @thecollectorsmark.com.au as a safe sender
