IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BIGPOND EMAIL USERS: 

It has come to our attention that some Bigpond email users have not been receiving emails from The Collectors Mark.

Thankfully, there is an easy fix for this!

 

Quick Instructions

  1. Go here http://email.telstra.com

  2. Log in

  3. Go to Settings (top right next to logout)

  4. Go to Mail (left hand menu)

  5. Go to Safe Senders (just under where you clicked Mail)

  6. Add @thecollectorsmark.com.au as a safe sender
