A couture genuine Art Deco circa 1930 engagement ring crafted in precious platinum set with exceptional old cut fine white sparkly diamonds and vivid green natural earth mined emeralds.

This is a take your breath away handmade vintage engagement ring. A completely unique piece this ring is all about the silver screen and old Hollywood glamour. A high end elegant period piece it really stands alone as a womanly jewel which is the epitome of femininity.  It’s a romantic piece which is unique, luxurious and stylish.

Honestly I look at modern engagement rings which are all so similar and feel a little underwhelmed. It’s the one of a kind pieces such as this rare antique ring which inspire me. I adore how alive the old European cut diamonds are. They are so much more fiery than a modern round brilliant cut and have a sophistication about them that no modern cut diamond could compare to. But past that it’s the special features of this engagement ring which are captivating:  the swirled design, the vivid color contrast and the astonishing workmanship. This gorgeous ring is that one of a kind special piece which can never be replaced.

It is in excellent condition.

The central old European cut diamond weighs 0.71 carats is VS1 clarity K color. This is a beautiful diamond the perfect size for a high end engagement ring. There are 0.45 carats of VS/SI I/J accent diamonds.

The total vivid green Colombian emerald weight 0.60 carat.
The total fine perfect white diamond weight is 1.15 carats

In total the precious gem weight for this gorgeous ring is 1.75 carats.

Inside the shank it is marked for 10% iridium platinum used in the era for only the finest luxury jewelry manufacture.

Currently it is a size 6 USA sizing. There is some room to resize.

The face of the ring runs 9/16" along the finger (13.6mm).

I am captivated by this piece. It has a really unique excitement and joy about it that some antique pieces get. You really do find your mind drifting off to the romance of the era and the excitement inside you bubbles up thinking of all the beautiful places it has been. What a glorious ring this is.

This rare ring comes with a full appraisal documents for your records.

It will be sent in a fine ring presentation box ready for gifting and to keep your ring safe forever.

We do our best to show colors as we see them. Color perception is highly individual and some people can perceive more colors than others, also colors can appear somewhat different on different screens and devices due to variations in screen hardware and device display settings.
